Marion is co-director of For Women Scotland (FWS), a campaign group formed in response to the Scottish Government’s plans to reform the Gender Recognition Act. FWS is dedicated to protecting and strengthening the rights of women and children and, in April this year, won a landmark case at the Supreme Court against the Scottish Government which protected the legal definition of “women”.
