A former special adviser in the previous Labour government, Kevin is a regular media commentator on British and Irish politics and associate editor of the political blog, Labour Uncut. He is a regular contributor to irishborderpoll.com .

He is also author of ‘A United Ireland: Why Unification Is Inevitable And How It Will Come About,’ and ‘What A Bloody Awful Country: Northern Ireland’s Century of Division.’ His first foray into fiction is  titled: ‘The Leader Must Die’ and due out next year. He is currently working on a new book about political mavericks.
