Kara Dansky
lawyer; author, The Reckoning: How the Democrats and the Left Betrayed Women and Girls (2023)

Kara Dansky is a lawyer, author, and feminist. She has published The Reckoning: How the Democrats and the Left Betrayed Women and Girls (2023) and The Abolition of Sex: How the ‘Transgender’ Agenda Harms Women and Girls. She also writes the TERF Report newsletter on Substack. She served as President and member of the Board of Directors of Women’s Declaration International USA from 2021-2024 and member of the Board of Directors of Women’s Liberation Front from 2016-2020. Before TERFing herself out of a career, she spent nearly twenty years working in the progressive criminal justice reform movement, including two years at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). She has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
