Dolan Cummings
writer and novelist; co-director, Manifesto Club

Dolan Cummings is a co-director of the Manifesto Club, which campaigns for freedom in everyday life.

He is the author of three novels, most recently The Pictish Princess.. and other stories from before there was a Scotland (2023). And he writes untimely essays on Substack at L’esprit de l’escalier. He also wrote the Letters on Liberty pamphlet, Taking Conscience Seriously (2021).

Dolan lives in the Lake District where he works as a freelance copywriter, speechwriter and editor.
