Thilo Spahl

Thilo has a degree in psychology and lives in Berlin. He is a freelance science writer, co-founder of the Freiblickinstitut and Novo editor. His main areas of expertise include biotechnology, energy, the environment and medicine. Some of his books, including Leben, Natur Wissenschaft – alles, was man wissen muss and Die Steinzeit steckt uns in den Knochen, have been on the Spiegel bestseller list and have been translated into Korean, Spanish and Finnish. One of them was awarded Science Book of the Year 2010.
