Naomi Firsht
journalist and commentator; co-author, The Parisians’ Guide to Cafés, Bars and Restaurants

Naomi is an award-winning journalist, as well as a sub-editor and commentator. She is co-author of The Parisians’ Guide to Cafés, Bars and Restaurants. She writes for the New Statesman, Spectator, Unherd, Telegraph and The Times. She has appeared as a commentator on a number of radio and TV shows, including the BBC’s Sunday Morning Live and ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
Naomi won the 2015 NCTJ trainee features of the year award for her piece on a life-saving Israeli children’s charity, written for the Jewish Chronicle. Naomi was previously a reporter for the Jewish Chronicle and a staff writer for spiked. Before training as a journalist in London, Naomi spent five years living and working in Paris.
Naomi is mother to two children: a three-year-old boy and a baby girl.
