Dr Wendy Earle
writer; convenor, Arts and Society Forum; former impact development officer, Birkbeck, University of London

Wendy is convenor of the Academy of Ideas Arts and Society Forum, which promotes open and open-ended discussion of the arts and culture and of the place of arts and culture in society.  She has written on the arts and culture for spiked and other publications. Until she retired a few years ago, she worked at Birkbeck, University of London, and previously she worked in educational publishing and at the British Film Institute.

Wendy is the author of a recent essay on beauty entitled ‘Lifting the Spirits’ in Five Critical Essays on Beauty, published by Future Cities Project and TR Publishing.
