Amy Gallagher

Amy is a psychiatric nurse, psychotherapist, commentator, and founder of Stand Up to Woke.

She is interested in the influence of critical social justice on psychotherapy training, mental health services, and mental health more generally.

She is the writer and presenter of Madness and the War on Reality, a documentary produced by New Culture Forum looking at the politicisation of psychology.

She also appears on New Culture Forum’s Newspeak podcast.

Amy is currently involved in high-profile litigation against the Tavistock after being suspended from her studies due to disagreeing with Critical Race Theory and advocating for the ‘colour-blind’ approach to race.
