Graham Smith is a tech and internet lawyer in a private practice in London. His interests include digital copyright, communications investigatory powers, electronic signatures, intermediary liability, online harms and cross-border jurisdiction. He is the editor and main author of the textbook Internet Law and Regulation (Sweet & Maxwell), first published 1996 (5th edition December 2019).
Graham has contributed ‘Cyberborders and the Right to Travel in Cyberspace’ to the book The Net and the Nation State (ed. Uta Kohl, CUP, 2017). He is the founder and author of the Cyberleagle blog.
