Para’s expertise is in people management. Her work portfolio includes working in Operations at EY-Seren and at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Para is also a fellow of the CIPD.

Her main research area is into the future of work, investigating work on cultural, social, technological and organisational levels. She is a regular contributor to the Academy of Ideas Economy Forum.

Other interests include current political affairs. Para is passionate about free speech and the right to speak one’s mind without being ostracised.
