He is also interested in how the culture wars have substituted the clash of political visions in the modern public sphere. He is the director of Ayn Rand Institute Europe and the academic adviser for the Ayn Rand Centre UK.

He is the author of the book Identity Politics and Tribalism: the new culture wars (2021, Imprint Academic) and The Rise of Lifestyle Activism: from new left to Occupy (2016, Palgrave MacMillan).
