Tour departs from the Book Signings Desk located adjacent to the Barbican Shop on Level Mezz.

Explore the architecture of the Barbican via the highwalks and discover its history, the origins of its designs, and the ideas, values and agendas that shaped the vision of this unique architectural endeavour.

The tour is free for Battle of Ideas festival attendees, but space is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
