Para Mullan
former operations director, EY-Seren; fellow, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Para’s expertise is in people management. Her work portfolio includes working in Operations at EY-Seren and at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In 2023, Para worked as a Human Resource consultant in Goa, India, helping establish graduate recruitment processes for a UK-based digital agency. Para is also a fellow of the CIPD.

Her main research interest is in the future of work, investigating the work process on cultural, social, technological and organisational levels. She is a regular contributor to the Academy of Ideas Economy Forum.

Other interests include current political affairs. Para is passionate about free speech and the right to speak one’s mind without being ostracised.
