Beverley is a working mum with three teenage children. With more than 20 years working in publishing she is a keen advocate of free speech. Beverley has produced previously Battle of Ideas festival sessions on young people and mental health and on loneliness. During the pandemic she has been a NHS volunteer responder and training as a volunteer vaccinator for St John Ambulance. She has volunteered for the Samaritans and was a volunteer team leader at the 2020 EURO’s.
