Mark Hill
accountant; coordinator, Green Leaves; Green Party member

Mark is a past activist of the Green Party, the Labour Party, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and the Anti Poll Tax movement. He has served as a local councillor for both Labour and the Greens. He served for 10 years as the Green Party’s Campaign printer during which he produced and distributed 75million leaflets for his party. He served on the Green Party national executive, coordinated the Yorkshire Region and stood as a candidate in both local and European elections.

He ceased activism in 2009. Since then, he has coordinated the Green Leaves Eurosceptic group and has become a regular attender of the Battle of Ideas. His profession is as accountant for mid-sized companies. He remains a Green Party member… just about.
