Alexander began the Red Star Radio podcast in 2020 as a project which would analyse what seemed to be becoming an ever more fast-paced and often baffling world around us.  The podcast really took off though when it became an Anglo-Canadian production when co-host Leila Mechoui joined in January 2021 and it became a twice weekly show.  Alexander and Leila have spent the last 10 months analysing the governmental response to Covid-19 from a Marxist perspective as well as looking at other areas of economics, history and contemporary politics.
