Ian has taught English literature and psychology for over 20 years in a number of schools in both the state and independent sector. He blogs about education, literature and psychology research, and has a keen interest in public debates and discussions. He writes articles on education issues including for Teachwire. He is a regular member of the Education Forum at the Academy of Ideas and has learned to be concise and know when to be quiet.
